I've asked Colby a few times what his favorite food is and he always says steak. I picked up a steak and after we went to the gym, I told him we could grill the steak. His reaction was so sincere when he told me thank you. He grilled the steak while I cooked asparagus and a few potatoes. It was delightful to visit with him and enjoy the meal. He thanked me several more times. I loved surprising him with a steak.
We ended our visit just in time to pick Grey and Grahm up from school, which is another thing I love to do!
I brought this cute monster home and Grahm named him Melvin. Grahm and Grey took turns giving Melvin a warm welcome! Melvin survived and is resting in the garage until next time.

Grey was excited to a have a little whipped cream with his strawberry shortcake. I always tell the boys to make the whipped cream look pretty.
It always makes me smile when I see the Grands get out toys they haven't played with for a while.
