Showing up...

Today I went to all four of our grandson's games, Cash and Grey's soccer games and Colby and Grahm's flag football games. So from about 9:30 to 3:00 I was cheering them on from the sidelines. I have felt for a long time that showing up is important-and that's what it comes down to for me.

Childhood moves quickly and I'm grateful for these busy Saturdays. I enjoy watching Cash, Colby, Grey, and Grahm play no matter the score. As an added bonus we get to watch Mark coach Cash and Grey's game. He gives his all and does a great job.

The weather was absolutely perfect, not too hot, and with beautiful partly cloudy skies!

Someone got his braces off! Grahm is very happy about this.

Colby and I had a late lunch after his game and Grandpa spent the afternoon with Cash after his game. 

Yes, Saturdays are full but it's the kind of full that fills my heart with gratitude for the chance to show the Grands that they are so important to us!
