Fangtastic, Bootiful Halloween Sunday at Grams & Gramps House

Cash said, "Oh Wow" when he saw the decorations in the dining room!

We all love to hold Colby!

Top Chef Christopher

Where's Tiff and Colby... well Colby was hungry too!

Cash was very serious while painting his pumpkin, good job Duder!

Can't wait to see what Tiff and Mark will carve this year!

Time to make some cookies!

Well here's Mark's pumpkin... Former governor and presidential candidate Mitt Romney!
Very nice, looks just like him.

And Tiff's...
Blue from the Blue's Clues she's very artistic, and the detail is amazing!

It was close but I think Cash wins the prize this year for the best pumpkin.

Cash liked seeing the pumpkins after Mark light
the candles. I love Cash's hair right after his bath, lots of curls!

And just because it so fun to compare pictures of
Cash and Colby, here's a few more favorites ~

Quote for the Week - First snow...

The first fall of snow is not only an event, it is a magical event. You go to bed in one kind of a world and wake up in another quite different, and if this is not enchantment then where is it to be found?

Just 3 Words

5K ~ LIFTING HEARTS
Susan ~  Kara ~ Eileen

In August of 2008 my friend Kara was diagnosed with breast cancer. I watched her go through this journey with faith and courage. She discovered there were no support groups in the area, so she formed the group "Lifting Hearts." They are always serving and teaching other women about the early detection. Kara and some other survivors planned a 5K- Lifting Hearts in Utah event to raise money to expand their efforts so they can help many other survivors. She worked so hard to plan the 5K and it was a wonderful event.

My friend Susan and I wanted to participate to honor and support Kara.

It was a lovely Fall morning...

and we enjoyed the walking along a beautiful path in Cedar Hills.

Kara is an inspiration to me... I'm so grateful she beat the odds. She fills in the gaps for resources, for support and adds a boost of hope along the path of recovery and healing for many women

Grandma Days #4

I will never forget this day with Cash. It was crisp Fall day and I enjoyed every moment. Cash and I spent several hours outside and it was magical. Not long after we came inside the wind came up and it started to rain. Already looking forward to the next Grandma Day!

Just one year ago and look how much Cash has grown!

When you ask Cash to smile, this is what you get!
