Perfect Gifts...

Perfect Gifts

We never imagined how our lives would change some thirteen years ago
Our first grandson was on the way and time seemed to go so slow
Cash was born healthy, a precious gift that we were beyond thankful for
He filles our lives with so much joy and makes our hearts soar
Just like that he’s a teenager and will soon be taller than his Dad
Cash likes to read, engineer things, and hanging out with friends makes him glad
He has a phone now, we love getting texts, and can call him like never before
Cash is polite, helpful, handsome, artistic, and so much more
He walks to our house from school for piano lessons with Grandma too
Cash is a pleasure to teach and will soon be playing lots of tunes, it’s true
A few years later another sweet gift took his spot on the family tree
Colby is kind, a helper, quick to forgive, full of fun, and glee
He played the piano at their church Christmas party the other day
Colby was Grandma’s first piano student, something that makes her proud to say
He’s a bit of risk taker just like his Dad was, and that’s not always good
He’s often gone all day long, doing who knows what with his friends in the hood
Grandma tells him she prays for him morning, noon, and night
She hopes his adventurous spirit doesn’t give her a fright
Colby has a bright smile that warms lots of hearts too
When your with him it’s impossible to feel blue
Then came our soft spoken and calming gift Grey
We love our time with him and wish we could see him every day
Grey is determined, never gives up, and can do things that are tough
He will do great things too, and show that he has all the right stuff
Grey is funny, patient, and likes to have pancakes for any meal
He always gives Grandma lots of hugs and that’s a good little deal
Grey is sweet but he can hold his own with the big boys
Sometimes it’s not always easy to share your favorite toys
From the very beginning Grahm has been Grandpa’s best friend
He’s a gift that brightens our lives, it’s sometimes hard to comprehend
Grahm is all boy, he likes to play, and wrestle all the day long
He keeps us on our toes, makes us feel young, but sometimes not that strong
Grahm likes to go the Dollar Store with Grandma and search through the stuff
It’s fun to watch him go up and down the aisles, one time is never enough
At the end of the day he still likes to snuggle and watch a show
Grahm is the light of our lives and fills our hearts with a special glow
There are gifts, and then there are gifts that money can’t buy
You could search but not find anything to compare, no matter how hard you try

Jesus Christ is the perfect gift—the gift that never stops giving. May we all hold that truth in our hearts this Christmas and forever.

With love,
Tim and Eileen
Christmas 2023

On a very cold and windy day, my friend Olivia came to take some pictures of Cash, Colby, Grey, and Grahm. They were good sports and I love all the pictures. They were a surprise Christmas gift for Mark and Tiffani. Our grandson's really are perfect and precious gifts, nothing can compare.

How blessed we are!

Oh What Fun 2023...

It been a few years since I organized the Williams Family Christmas Party. I told Lee after last years party that I would take the lead and organize the festivities. I reserved the elementary gym at my school. The lunch ladies had made it look like a winter wonderland so it was a perfect set up!

I was grateful for all the help especially from Grandpa, Mark, Tiffani, Cash, Colby, Grey, and Grahm. My grandson's don't wait to be asked, they just jump in and help! I also got to show them around the school.

Grey and Colby sitting at my supervisor desk!

The Grands really enjoyed trying out the Smart Board.

A big hug for Cash from Uncle Lee!

My heart was so full watching almost 70 family members enjoying delicious food. I also had several crafts for all ages, and Grandpa BeBe played games with some of the children on one side of the gym.

When you ask Lee to bring the drink, he really brings the drink!

My big helpers Callahan and Abbott!

The crafts were a big hit and everyone young and older had fun!

Mark and Dianna moved to the Kaysville area and they now have three of their children nearby. It was so wonderful to have Eric and Rachel, Jodi and Chris, Lisa and Hayden, and their families at the party.

Sienna - Oakley - Aaron

Dustin, so proud of his candy cane!

TK, awesome Christmas tree!

Everyone enjoyed making sugar scrub, even Grey!

Hayden - Elle - Juliet

Lee, The Queen's Storyteller retired and Brad volunteered to continue that tradition. He read a sweet story, it was just perfect.

I asked Dianna, Jodi, and Lisa to sing. They sang three beautiful songs and Rose joined them for one of them. I watched a proud husband, dad and grandpa watching them sing. Dianna also played the piano as we say a few Christmas songs.

Thanks to Abe for leading the music, it was wonderful he and Chloe could come. They were sealed in the St. George Temple today.

We even had a surprise visit from Santa! I had just asked the children twelve and younger to come up on the stage when Santa flung open the curtain. The children ran toward him, giving hugs, and telling him what they wanted for Christmas. It was a sweet moment and we had a whole bunch of excited believers!

Cute Shep waving at Santa!

Grahm asked me, "Is that Grandpa?"

Santa had a great helper passing out candy canes!

I think it's safe to say that Abbott was thrilled!

Santa said that Grahm, Colby, and Grey have been very good this year!

Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas!
