This time Cash used my i-Pad and I just can't resist posting a few of the pictures he took. There are no bad pictures, just some that are better than others!

Words to live by ~ Happy...

"Happy"
It might seem crazy what I’m about to say
Sunshine she’s here, you can take a break
I’m a hot air balloon that could go to space
With the air, like I don’t care baby by the way

Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like a room without a roof
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you know what happiness is to you
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like that’s what you wanna do...

Listening and singing along with the "Happy" song!

A day with Cash and Colby...

I was happy I could spend the day with Cash and Colby on Wednesday.

Time for lunch!

The morning was chilly but by noon the sun was shining, so we put on our jackets and played outside.

Cash and I played the game Operation and he's learning how to play by the rules. He won some money and he wanted to bring it with him.

Cash made us some yummy herbal tea.

Cash asked for my phone again so he could takes some pictures...

SOCCER!!!

There he is... ready to play his first soccer game! Despite the windy condition Cash had fun. He kicked the ball down the field too!

Cutest soccer player ever!

Oh we love this boy!

Daddy and Pops are so proud!

It was so windy and cold, Colby kept saying "car" so we went to the car and got warm.

Why is it so fun being a grandparent!?! We can't wait for Cash's next soccer game!

Words to live by ~ Love...

Christlike love is the greatest need we have on this planet in part because righteousness was always supposed to accompany it. Pure Christlike love flowing from true righteousness can change the world. ~ Jeffrey R. Holland (April 2014)

Small Hands, Big Helpers...

Cash likes to help Grandpa do yard work.

When you're helping you're happy...

While Cash was helping Grandpa outside,
Colby was inside helping Grandma wash the windows!

After all that work, Cash and Colby were hungry so they made mud pies!

Words to live by ~ Gratitude...

Could I suggest that we see gratitude as a disposition, a way of life that stands independent of our current situation? In other words, I’m suggesting that instead of being thankful for things, we focus on being thankful in our circumstances—whatever they may be.

There is an old story of a waiter who asked a customer whether he had enjoyed the meal. The guest replied that everything was fine, but it would have been better if they had served more bread. The next day, when the man returned, the waiter doubled the amount of bread, giving him four slices instead of two, but still the man was not happy. The next day, the waiter doubled the bread again, without success.

On the fourth day, the waiter was really determined to make the man happy. And so he took a nine-foot-long (3-m) loaf of bread, cut it in half, and with a smile, served that to the customer. The waiter could scarcely wait for the man’s reaction. After the meal, the man looked up and said, “Good as always. But I see you’re back to giving only two slices of bread.”

Spring Break Part 2...

Could Spring break get any better you ask? Well yes it could because I got to spend the day with Colby Colbs, the one and only Mr. Duder Pants!

Wednesday was another gorgeous day, so Colby and I went for walk and fed the ducks.

The ducks didn't seem very hungry so Colby decided to enjoy the bread!

I love that Colby's hair is long enough to blow in the wind!

Colby has been a little unsure of jumping on the trampoline, especially when Cash is also jumping.

So today it was all him... with a determined look on his face he started jumping without any fear.

He got a little static in his hair, he does have an electric personality!

Bubbles are always fun!

Colby was a big helper and put the weeds in the bucket for Grandpa.

After a busy day you need to stretch your legs and have a cookie.

We love you so much Colby, hurry back!
