Remembering together, until we meet again...

I'm very grateful we could visit the graves of our loved ones today with my son Mark and his family... remembering and honoring those we love and miss. I'm thankful for the memories and for knowing families are eternal because of our Savior Jesus Christ.

Missing her Dad... Highland Cemetery

Christopher's friend Will was killed in action in Iraq.

Christopher's mentor and friend Big George. Just like Brad and Will they left us way before we were ready, and the goodbye's were difficult. More and more friends and family are now resting in the Highland Cemetery. Grahm and I were talking the other day about loved ones that have passed. He said to me, "It's not goodbye, it's until we meet again." Grahm is wise beyond his years. He has been listening to what his parents, other family members, and church leaders are teaching him.

Remembering Tim's parents and brother...

My everything...

Tim and I have plots at East Lawn cemetery. I showed Grahm where they are, just next to Tim's parents and brother Jeff.  He looked at me and said, "Grandma, I will come visit you."

I love this selfie. I noticed that not only do Colby, Grahm and I all have dimples, I think Colby and I have the same nose and similar smiles! I'm just so grateful to be their grandma.

East Lawn is a beautiful cemetery and with incredible views of the mountains and valley. I don't mind resting there and await the triumphant return of our Savior. Unless, of course He comes before that day!

We went back the house and everyone helped cook up some Navajo tacos. Of course there had to be a pool tournament. I'm thankful I could remember with my family.
