Tree Room...

Christopher in his true generous style treated us to dinner in the Tree Room at Sundance. Tim and I have been to the Tree Room but it's been a long time. Chris has never been there. Sundance is the most beautiful setting and it was a wonderful experience. The service is exceptional and the atmosphere is amazing. The food is fancy, all handcrafted, and delicious. I felt like royalty!

It all started with a tree in 1970

In 1970, Robert Redford built the first building at Sundance Mountain Resort: The Tree Room, a cabin constructed around an actual tree. Since then, the restaurant has grown but maintains its rustic, intimate atmosphere while serving some of the best cuisine in the area.

Everything was so savory and flavorful!

Chris will be leaving again on Friday for Africa, and a few other places before returning to the Philippines for several months. I am very excited for him. He has several projects he's working on and I wish him great success. Of course I will miss him. I pray Chris will travel safely and that he will be blessed while he's away.
