Sleepover with Grahm...

Grahm came for a sleepover on Grandpa's birthday. Having this adorable boy for some one on one time was the perfect way to celebrate Tim's 70th! Grahm is full is life and love and joy.

After I picked up Grahm we did a little shopping at Target and then had lunch at JCW's.

Grahm likes to sneak in the house and surprise Grandpa. He was so excited to show Grandpa a rock that he painted for his birthday. I told him we need to find the perfect place for the rock. Grahm went over to the desk where Grandpa keeps a glass sphere, he moved it, and put the rock in it's place. Yep, the prefect spot!

Grahm helped deliver Grandpa's card and gift.

I saw a Playdoh set I knew Grahm would like. Grandpa and Grahm mined gold for hours!

Grandpa and Grahm also had an epic water balloon and popper fight. Grahm won!

We haven't had tubby time for awhile and it's my favorite. I love this beautiful boy.

I tried to talk Grahm into sleeping upstairs but he wanted the full blow up mattress and watch a movie experience. It was so fun because of his excitement. He blew kisses to Mommy and I held his hand until he fell asleep. These are days I will remember.

Good morning and a yummy breakfast!

You are my sunshine, sweet darling Grahm.

Grahm is so smart and says funny, and sometimes thoughtful things.

When we were in the car I asked him if he was hot. He said, "I've been hot for 30,000 years." I can totally relate!

While Grahm was watching a movie I read a few pages from the Saints series. The movie ended and he asked me what I was reading. I told him about a boy named Alma, who against all odds qualified for the 1912 Olympics. Alma was a high jumper and he kept the Word of Wisdom. He trusted the Lord's promise that those who followed it would "run and not be weary, and walk and not faint." Alma won the gold medal and was called the Mormon giant. I told Grahm that the things Alma learned at church and at home helped him to work hard, and be determined. One of Alma's friends teased him about praying before his winning jump. Alma asked him not to laugh and said,
"I prayed to the Lord to give me strength."

Grahm looked at me and said, "I can pray for strength." We talked a little more about prayer, it was a sweet moment.

Almost every time I see Grahm, before I even have a chance to hug him and say Hi, he says in the sweetest voice, "Hi Grandma." I can feel the love.

I can't wait for our next sleepover with Grahm.
Hurry back!
