Excessive heat and a smoky sunrise from wild fires in California, Washington, and Oregon. I pray every day that the heavens will open once again and send some much needed rain. What a summer.

I'm thankful my beautiful rose bush is still blooming, even though the temperatures have been hovering around 100 degrees for too many days.
