There's a part of me that wishes I could be with my family during Christmas, but time has a way of changing things. I do my best to keep in touch with most of my siblings. I love them all, even though I don't see them as often as I would like. I remember my parents did their best to make sure we had a nice Christmas. Grandpa and Grandma Federer would always help out. My favorite memories are having Christmas dinner at their homestead house. Grandma just loved for her family to gather there. She was an excellent cook and worked for days to prepare dinner. I'm grateful for the memories I have.
