Summer Bucket List...

At the top of my summer bucket list was to have one on one sleepovers with Cash, Colby, and Grey.

A few weeks ago I was at Fashion Place Mall with my friend Billie and we walked by a Lego store. Nothing but Lego's and I knew I wanted to take Cash there. He was excited when I told him about it and off we went!

Cash loved the bread we had at the Cheesecake Factory, it was so delicious!

When Cash saw the Lego store his eyes lite up. This was hands down the best park of the day. The Lego displays were impressive.

Cash was so happy that you could built your own Lego creation and put it on display. He enjoyed this so much!

He hadn't named his creation yet, but he decided to call the Dead Parrot, so we wrote that on his card.

We stopped at Boondocks on the way home for about an hour. The Claw Master quickly won two balls on the first try.

Cash did chose a new Lego set, I tried talking him into building it at home, but he wasn't having it. Tim and I are always impressed at how patient he is, and how fast he can build a creation. This igloo had about 300 pieces and he finished in few hours.

During the night a stormed rolled through with thunder, lighting, and strong winds. The wind blew the rug and chairs off our patio and Cash slept through the entire thing!

My aforementioned friend Billie never wants anything to end and I feel the same way when I'm with our grandsons. Our time together always goes by way too fast. Sooo, we went to Cabela's before I took Cash home. He rarely misses a target now, it's fun to watch.

The last three weeks hold some sweet memories for me. Thanks to Mark and Tiff for sharing. I really do love being a grandma!
