Family and other stuff...

Life would be so hard without family,
mine gives me purpose and hope.

I played with Grahm last week while Tiff went to register Colby for Kindergarten. Wow, time sure goes by fast. I think Colby will like school, he's such a happy-go-lucky boy.

Really Grandma!

It's starting to feel like Spring and I'm grateful for warmer weather so I can walk outside. My neighbor Jeness would say, it's nice to go outside and "get Winter off."

Looks like Chris is enjoying the nice weather too, and of course some good food.

Mark rented a warehouse for his growing business. I'm proud of him. It's close by his office. Grey held up two fingers and said, Dad has two offices!

I got Grey a new lawnmower that actually works and blows bubbles. He was all smiles!

I saw a seagull at Harmon's, and he found a cheese stick that he was trying to get open. I would have helped him if he (or she) would have let me! He flew off so I will never know if he got to enjoy the cheese.

Tim washed the windows, and you know I love clean windows! He makes funny faces when he works but he's a good helper.

I watched a special about Billy Graham tonight. During the time when there was still segregation of blacks and white, he was holding a crusade. There were ropes with signs that said blacks and whites. Billy Graham asked the head usher to remove the ropes and he refused. Reverend Graham removed the ropes himself that divided blacks and whites, then he went on to preach a sermon about love and tolerance. At the end of the sermon he invited anyone who wanted to repent and invite Jesus into their heart to come forward. Many of the people both black and white linked arms.
Martin Luther King and Billy Graham were good friends.

I like this quote by Billy Graham:
"Death is not the end of life,
it is only a gateway to eternity."

Goodnight!
