I often see snails crossing the sidewalk on my morning walk. It has been said that a man travels as far in a day as a snail in a hundred years. Either way it would wise to slow down sometimes and live the road fully.

Taking the field...
Colby was telling me that whether you lose or win it's okay, that's part of the game. Cash explained this to him, he's a good big brother.

Words to live by ~ the gate of heaven...
Yea, thus we see that the gate of heaven is open unto all, even to those who will believe on the name of Jesus Christ, who is the Son of God. Helaman 3:28

Catching up...
A few weeks ago after I had a meeting at school, I went to the temple.
The man that did the windows at the Payson Temple added this to our temple not long ago. I think it looks nice.
The flowers are always so gorgeous.
No filter...
Tim and I drove by the Provo City Center Temple. The transformation of the former Provo Tabernacle is amazing. It was damage by a fire in 2010. The windows are beautiful. It will be dedicated in March of 2016.
Even though it's a little blurry, I love this picture of Cash and Colby at Jungle Jim's!
First day of school... I am a teacher assistant for Mr. Kano again this year and also for Mrs. Puida. She's new this year and I really like her.
Seriously... golden beets!

Words to live by ~ Be of good cheer...
"... the Lord knows our bearing capacity, both as to coping and to comprehending, and He will not give us more to bear than we can manage at the moment, though to us it may seem otherwise. (See D&C 50:40; D&C 78:18.) Just as no temptations will come to us from which we cannot escape or which we cannot bear, we will not be given more trials than we can sustain. (See 1 Cor. 10:13.)
Therefore, given the aforementioned grand and overarching reasons to rejoice, can we not “be of good cheer” in spite of stress and circumstance?"

My Turn, Your Turn...
I wanted to do something fun with Cash and Colby before school starts, so Friday we spent the day together. I told them they could go anywhere they wanted. I suggested the Museum of Natural Curiosity and the zoo, but Cash wanted to go to Jungle Jim's Playland. I had not been there, but he said it had bumpers cars he likes to drive so off we went. Jungle Jim's is similar to Chuck E. Cheese. There are games, bounce houses and a few carnival rides.
Colby is still too small for some of the games and rides but he is such a good sport about it. He hopped in the bumpers cars with Cash and had fun being the passenger. Preschoolers for the most part live in the moment, which can make waiting hard. They are thinking about what they want right now. However, sweet Colby has patiently waited for his turn to play soccer and to be tall enough to be in the drivers seat. Cash doesn't make him feel bad that he's not big enough, but tells him it will still be fun.

Colby was happy he got to ride the motorcycle all by himself!
Grandpa stopped by Jungle Jim's on the way to an appointment. He played a quick game of air hockey with Cash.
I will miss the more carefree days of summer. It's back to school tomorrow. But afternoons are always open for a date with my darling grandsons. I love them so much!
