Comfy...

Grizz found a comfy spot on one of Grahm's toys.

Saturdays are for soccer...

We always try to make to our grands soccer games even it's raining or windy! Colby played some good defence today. Having lunch with Colbs after the game was just what I needed. He's sweet, polite, and a ton of fun. I enjoyed visiting with him him. He's is looking forward to playing night games with his friends later and a campout in May at Goblin Valley. He's also happy school is out in a few weeks, me too!

Colby has been paying attention and knows the ordering secrets at In and Out. I love that happy and handsome face!

I also enjoy watching Mark coach Grey's games. Grey is fast and almost got a goal. He's getting better each game!

Baby steps...

Grahm has tried piano lessons a few times but wasn't quite ready. Tuesday he took some baby steps and seemed ready to try again. It's so sweet to see him try to get his fingers to play one note at a time and not push them all down at once. Grahm would look at me and smile when he played the correct notes! I'm currently teaching all my grandson's piano. They will surpass my abilities in no time. But for now, I could not be more grateful for this opportunity.

Our sweetest hour...

One of my sweetest hours is my morning walk. I usually don't listen to music or podcasts but just pray. I was grateful for Elder Holland's reminder that God does hear every prayer we offer, even if they are answered differently than we had hoped.

Elder Holland did not speak at the last general conference. His wife Pat passed away in July 20, 2023. About 48 hours after her burial, Elder Holland was taken to the hospital with a very acute medical crises. He was in and out of intensive care for about six weeks. During that time I worried that he might not make. I was very grateful that he was the very first speaker at the April general conference. His messages give me hope and they strengthen my testimony. 

"...God hears every prayer we offer and responds to each of them according to the path He has outlined for our perfection. It is for reasons known only to God why prayers are answered differently than we hope—but I promise you they are heard and they are answered according to His unfailing love and cosmic timetable.

We sing that prayers are “motion[s] of a hidden fire,” (“Prayer Is the Soul’s Sincere Desire,” Hymns, no. 145) always to be offered, according to the Savior Himself, to God the Eternal Father in the name of His Only Begotten Son.

Coming and Going...

These days Chris is going more than coming, but I sure was grateful he was here for one day this past week!

Florida, San Diego, Mexico, Highland, and back to Florida... good luck with your new opportunity Christopher!

Grahm's Pizzeria!

Grahm lives life with a lot of gusto and you should make a reservation at his pizzeria! The pizza is delicious and one of a kind, just like Grahm!

Spring has finally sprung...

And it's time again for Spring soccer! We got to watch Grahm play last Saturday. He almost got a goal and played awesome defense. 

Grahm slept over and the next morning the big boys, and Tiff went on temple walk from the Mount Timpanogos Temple to the new Lindon Temple. Grey was at the Prop. Even though Grey was not here to play, Mark still coach the game. 

Who doesn't watch a movie upside down! We can't get enough of our sweet Grahm.

Grahm saw me using the waterpik and wanted to give it a try. I had an extra brush and he got his teeth squeaky clean.
