We can't do it alone....

Thou wilt surely wear away, both thou, and this people that is with thee: for this thing is too heavy for thee; thou art not able to perform it thyself alone.

The wisdom that Moses' father-in-law Jethro imparted to him: you can't do this alone. You need help. Go, find honest people to be on your team. Empower them to make decisions and lead them well.

We can't do it alone. No matter how strong or capable we all try to appear to the watching world, we are only human. We have limitations and breaking points. We need each other. We are always better together.
