I am so thankful for this land that I love and it's beauty. Christopher and I went for a walk in the Provo Canyon Trail again. Even though I've walked that trail many times with him, I don't take for granted how blessed we are to live near the mountains.
I mentioned to Chris that I wanted shrimp or fish tacos and he whipped up both. He also prepared salsa and one of his yummy sipping drinks. He really does have such a flair for cooking. It was the perfect 4th of July weekend meal.
