Just another almost perfect Friday! Nothing is perfect but for me Fridays with grands are just about as close as you can get to perfection. We do simple things but being together is what makes the day so wonderful. We made a few crafts, played with beads that grow in water, played outside, gobbled down homemade chicken and noodles, and we tried Cat's Cradle again. Cash patiently taught Grey and he caught on real fast. I don't have a picture but I taught Colby a few cords on the piano. He wants to learn and I want to be proactive, and teach him.
I forgot, I have also been making pouf ottomans. I wanted one for under my desk. Sometimes you need to put your feet up, but the one I wanted was about $300.00. So, I thought I would just make one. I also thought the boys would like one. Grandpa asked what they would do with them, they can sit on them, toss them around, put their feet up, and then Grandpa chimed in and said, they could marry it!
I still need to make one for Cash and Grahm, but Cash, Colby, Grey, and Grahm liked them. Colby put his feet up while watching a show.
