I walked into to my classroom on Friday to see several gifts and cards from teachers and my aides. The students and teachers in three different classrooms sang Happy Birthday to me. It was so sweet and unexpected.

Also on Friday I had a late lunch with my dear friend Billie. She has always accepted me the way I am. I have never felt judge by her. She gets my sense of humor and genuinely cares about me and my family.
Saturday morning I had breakfast at Kneaders with two of my neighbors. Marjorie and Loretta are the sweetest women. We all have birthdays in November. They gave me a pretty flower arrangement.
Saturday afternoon Tim took me shopping. I like shoes and he always buys me a pair or two! We went to Harmon's and got our favorite treats. It was a beautiful late Autumn day. Tim also gave me a lovely rose.
My brother Marion called me to wish me a Happy Birthday. I love hearing him laugh and any chance I have to talk to him.
Sunday, really Sunday was the best. It started with a call from Christopher. It was good to hear his voice and I'm sure we will do some celebrating when he gets home.
We went to church and came home to discover the birthday elves had come. Streamers and balloons everywhere, I could imagine Cash, Colby, Grey, and Grahm busy hanging the decorations. I felt so loved that all I could do was cry.
It was my secret birthday wish to get some updated pictures of the boys and it came true. There were new pictures all over the house and I cried again. Thank you, thank you Tiffani!
We had so much fun making pizza, thanks for getting the toppings, and making the yummy pizza dough Mark.
I cherish the cards the boys made for me, the boxes they decorated, and the pretty necklaces inside. I feel so much love and gratitude for my family. It's difficult to find the words that express how blessed I feel. Thank you for all your efforts to make my birthday so special.
My sister-in-law's Holley and Pam dropped by with lovely gifts.
I enjoyed the many wishes that were posted on Facebook and the text that were sent from friends and family. This post from my brother Lloyd meant a lot to me.

Happy birthday to the absolutely sweetest kindest, lovingest most caring, and compassionate person I have ever known, and she is kind enough to let me be her brother, have a wonderful birthday and above all have fun we love you
Yesterday I had lunch with my friend Beckie. She's a forever friend for sure.
This afternoon Tim took me to see The Scarlet Pimpernel at the new Hale Centre Theatre in Sandy. We like original Scarlet Pimpernel movie that was made way back in 1982 starring Jane Seymour. The play was good and the theater is amazing.
So ends a wonderful 61st birthday celebration. I'm a lucky gal!
