Boxes, Bubble Wrap, and Tape...

Tim and I flew to Seattle on August 15th to help Christopher pack up and move back home to Utah. It was a little bit of work and a whole lot of fun. I'm happy he's back in Utah, although I'm not sure for how long. Chris is renting for now, and will take his time before he buys another home again. Glad you are back son!

Resting up for the flight to Seattle...

Resting again before the drive to Utah!
Senior citizen get tired sometimes.

Packing up Corporate Headquarters Seattle

Chris had blackberry bushes
in the backyard, they were so delicious.

Making progress

Chris and I took a break and walked around the beautiful Greenway Park. There was a very diverse group of people hanging out there.

We got sandwiches at Jimmy Johns, and this sign made me laugh!

Keep it or give it away

Christopher's friend Adam set two men over to help us load the truck. They worked so hard, and it sure made it easier for us.

And we're off...

The drive through the Cascade Mountains was really beautiful.

We had planned to stay the night in Boise but we couldn't find a hotel room... not in Boise, Twin Falls, or Burley. Because of the eclipse, and state fairs there were no vacancies, so we kept going for a total of about 14 hours.

I don't like driving in the dark, but Chris and Tim pushed through, and we made it safely home. We were all very grateful and tired.

We pulled an all-nighter!
