I was so excited when my nephew Jimmy text me say he would be competing in a rodeo in Evanston, Wyoming. I drove there Sunday afternoon, it only takes a few hours. It was windy when I got to Evanston, but by the time the rodeo started it was calm. I really enjoyed watching all the events. Jimmy and I had time to visit before the rodeo started and then we had dinner together after he competed in the team roping event. They got a no-time but it was still fun to watch. I love Jimmy, he's a real gentleman, he works hard, finds ways to help others and is a good son. I don't know what my brother Kenny would do without him.
Me, James and Sis
Sis was one of my brother Lloyd's colts.
Sometimes I miss my family, so it was wonderful to spend a few hours with Jimmy.
