When you’re young, your birthday means balloons, cake and friends coming over for a party and bringing you lots of presents. Now I just enjoy being with my family and having lunch with my friends. I had a very happy birthday! The fun continued all week. Thanks to my family and friends for the phone calls, cards, emails, texts, facebook wishes, gifts, dinners, lunches, and for making feel so loved!

P.S. I stopped at Shopko the other day to get a few things. The cashier asked me if I wanted to sign up for a rewards card. I said sure and filled out the necessary paper work. She then timidly asked me if I wanted the senior citizens discount. Well, they give discounts if you are 55 and older. Wow, I got my first senior citizens discount... one advantage to getting older!
