Today I'm grateful for handprints...
I was cleaning the glass on the back door yesterday and saw a small handprint on the glass. It was sticky and of course it belonged to Cash. I didn't want to wash it off. I stood there with a paper towel and Windex and thought about that little handprint.
Cash likes to climb up on his chair and look at
the deer that are in the backyard.
I don't mind that he leaves his "mark" around the house. I know how fast little boys grow up. Three or four years from now the thought of those little hand prints on the glass will warm my heart, as I remember all the Grandma Days I have with Cash. I'm looking forward to those times with Colby and seeing his little hand prints on the glass too!
I'm so thankful for all the happy, carefree days we have with our grandsons.
