Organized Christmas?

I don't know what is going on but I had the house all decorated and our Christmas cards ready to be mailed before December 1st! I also have a lot of my shopping done and of course I have had Cash's gifts for weeks!

Maybe I can actually enjoy more time with my family, do some service and bake some goodies!

I love Santa's and have collected them for almost 30 years. Some of my favorites were gifts. Thanks to my friends for this years additions. I love the And To All A Goodnight Santa and the Santa plates. You know I LOVE dishes!

I let Cash play with a few of the Santa's that are made of wood. I said Ho! Ho! Ho! to him one time and he says it all the time now when he plays with the Santa's. It's Cute! Cute! Cute!

Our Christmas card highlights our darling grandson. Cash was over for a Grandma Day a few months ago. Tim came home for lunch and we took him outside. Tim raked up a big pile of leaves for him to play in. It was the first time we got to see him play in the leaves. I know magical is probably an overused word, but it really described how we felt watching him play. I took a few pictures and decided they would be on our Christmas card this year. It was day we will never forget!

I wrote another poem, they might be a little silly but it's a fun way to review the past year.

‘Twas the month before Christmas, at the Williams place
It’s been a year filled with ups and downs, that’s always the case.
But there’s joy in our home and smiles on our faces each day
Because of the unexpected blessings that come our way—
Tim and Eileen celebrated 30 years together this year
And are so thankful that their family is near.
Eileen enjoyed a trip to Chicago to be with her Aunt Kay
Then two days on the road to Cheyenne… that’s a long way!
We said farewell to Carl— beloved uncle, brother and dad
We all miss him and will cherished the time we had.
Christopher amazed and inspired us this year
By losing over 40 pounds, we all gave him a cheer!
Mark loves his son and works hard everyday
So Tiff can stay home with Cash, lots of time to teach and play!
Tiffani is gentle and sweet, the best mommy you’ll find
She is so loved and is really one of a kind!
Our grandson Cash has been an absolute joy
We’re all crazy about this little boy!
He’s growing up way too fast
But when he’s around, we always have a blast!
Eileen saves Wednesday for a Grandma Day, it’s always fun
Spending time with Cash is always priority one!
Our life is simple, that’s how we like it to be
We try to remember what’s most important you see
More rapid than before, the days passed quickly by,
Another year is done, we say with a sigh.
So Merry Christmas to family and friends so dear
We hope the magic of the season will last all year!

Have a wonderful holiday season!
