Susan and I were asked to help at BYU Women's Conference. Kits are provided to make many things from crocheted gloves to burp clothes, as a way to scatter sunshine by serving others.

There are many Take, Make 'n' Return projects. We were in charge of passing out crocheted slipper kits. We passed out about 300 kits to some very willing women. We could have given out many more. The women work on the projects during classes and then return them when they are finished. The slippers will go to different shelters in the area. I was happy to give a few crocheting tips. It is inspiring to see thousands of women converge on the Marriott Center ready to help others in need.
We also had time to here the opening session. Sister Beck gave a wonderful message. We also attended a few other classes. We always feel renewed and get just the boost that we need. I enjoyed attending with my dear friend, thanks for a great day Susan!!
