Snips and snails, and puppy dogs tails,

That's what little boys are made of.

Cash, Colby, and Grey found a lot of snails in our yard on Thursday. Cash was especially fascinated watching them. He made sure they had grass and some water.

Who needs snail bait when you have grandsons!
(P.S. I don't like snails, but I guess they have some purpose.)

I got this book awhile ago, it has a CD with it. Colby and Grey listened to the entire book. It was sweet to watch.

Christopher has made another trip to the Philippines... amazing views and horseback riding on a volcano!

Blessed with lots of boys!

Go Grey!

I couldn't stop smiling, Grey is so darn cute. His coach was sweet, she made sure everyone had a turn. Grey did get a few kicks, and of course he was happy to get a treat!

And then there's Grahmy Bear...

Cash...

As I watch the Grands play soccer sometimes it tugs at my heart. They are learning about being part of a team. They are learning that some players are better than others. They are learning to be coached, and that some coaches are better than others. They are learning that sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. I hope that they can have fun, and know that as long as they do their best, they are always winners. I hope they will learn to set realistic goals and worked hard. I was proud of Cash on Saturday, and I love watching him play.
 Beautiful sunny day!

After the game Cash and I got a smoothie. We saw a balloon in the field by Roxberry's. We wanted to take a ride!

I saw a student playing with this slinky type toy at school. I asked him where he got it, and he said you can have this one. I gave him $10.00 and he was so happy!

Cash made a bowling trophy. He wants the winner of New Years Eve bowling to have it. It will be part of our tradition.
Good idea Cash!

Under contruction...

Our school is a construction zone. The addition and changes were suppose to start six weeks ago, but there were delays in getting permits. It probably won't be finished before school starts in August. We had to divert the carpool lanes, I think everyone is finally getting use to it. The first day was a bit scary.

When it's finished we will have a few extra classrooms, a new staff lounge, the front office will be bigger, and there will also be a new room for Special Ed.

Faith...

"We might each ask ourselves, where is our faith?
Is it in a team?
Is it in a brand?

Is it in a celebrity?
Even the best teams can fail. Celebrities can fade.
There is only One in whom your faith is always safe,
and that is in the Lord Jesus Christ.

And you need to let your faith show!"

Beautiful breezy day...

Sunday afternoon turned out to be a perfect day for Cash, Colby, and Grey to fly their kites. They got some vitamin D and had a good time. It snowed on Monday and it was much colder!
